About me
Joakim Villo
I'm a trained developer who's currently a leader in programming and web development courses held here in Norway. I hold two bachelor's degrees in other fields, and previous work has been related to those degrees. In 2022, I switched to programming and coding, which has now become my true passion in life.

Gift helper
An app to help you find gifts for others. No known bugs, but the selection of gifts is not very extensive yet. It can be modified as needed and integrated into other websites.

Multistep form
Multi-step order form that can be customized and adapted to serve as an order form for a website.

Pokedex v1 and v2
A REST API app for displaying a variety of pokemons. Uses 3-layered fetching to retrieve all data. Recently created an improved version, but lacks some styling (link within the same app).

Rock, paper, scissors game
This is a rock-paper-scissors game with two expanded versions. The game is fully customizable, allowing for easy adaptation to any desired specifications.

Advice generator
A simple app that fetches advice from an API. The project was quick to develop. Known issue: Recently discovered that it does not work on Firefox (planned to fix).

Mockup-site: Kjælevenner
A webpage with information about house pets. Projects like this are easy and quick to setup. Currently only in norwegian.

Mockup-site: Ola's Matlaging
A satire webpage about a fictional chef. Extremlly simple recipes for people who don't know how to cook. Connected with Sanity CMS for easy content update. Currently only in english
